The total delivery time, from the moment of purchase, is approximately 4/6 working days if the product is already in stock. If the product is not immediately available, the delivery time is approximately 14/18 days.
Rates
Shipping rates vary by destination:
- Free shipping on the Italian territory over € 60 of expenditure. Under € 60, shipping costs are € 7 on the entire cart (therefore not for single product)
- Shipping to Europe: € 25
- Shipping outside Europe: we do not ship outside Europe
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Our goal is to offer a quality service to our customers, both at the product level and at the after-sales service level.
Therefore, we accept product replacement or full refund if the customer is not satisfied, provided that:
- It must not have been washed, manipulated with chemicals (soaps or aggressive substances)
- No more than 14 days must pass from the time of delivery
